Temple University - Of The Commonwealth System of Higher Education

While staibdance is in Philadelphia, they will teach classes to Temple Dance students including technique and composition. George Staib will participate in a graduate student panel with regard to careers in dance. Two student dancers will be chosen to rehearse and perform with the company for this engagement. In addition, We expect to partner with outside organizations to offer a lecture or workshop. Potential plans include a panel discussion involving other immigrant artists. The residency will culminate in a public presentation of "fence" in Conwell Dance Theater.
