The Ted Thomas Dance Foundation will present Alison Cook Beatty Dance on three dates for the 2023 Fairfield Country Dance Festival: a performance and masterclass in Milford on July 11th, and performances in New Cannon July 13th and Fairfield July 21st. These are part of the company’s larger New England tour, centered on nature–“Murmuration”, the signature work, is set to Ottorino Respighi’s “Gli uccelli (The Birds)”.
The Fairfield County Dance Festival is dedicated to enabling greater accessibility to the arts in Fairfield County and surrounding communities. Alison Cook-Beatty carries the legacy of modern dance as a former member of Taylor 2 and The Paul Taylor Dance Company, while advancing it through her own works. The company offers professional dance shows and community engaged work–programming aligned with The Ted Thomas Dance Foundation’s mission to spread dance across the country and around the world.
