UMS will engage Urban Bush Women in a multi-day residency that will comprise educational programs and performances of their new work, 'Hair & Other Stories.' 'Hair' is a multi-disciplinary, evening-length work that addresses matters of race, gender identity, and economic inequality through the lens of hair, primarily that of African American women.
