TeAda Productions will bring Nothing Micro About Micronesia to Guam and Saipan. The Guam tour will be hosted jointly by the Guam Council on Arts & Humanities Agency, Humanities Guahan, Breaking Wave Theatre Company, and the University of Guam.

Nothing Micro About Micronesia is a story developed throughout the Pacific. The creators, Leilani Chan & Ova Saopeng, expanded on the stories of Masters of the Currents, using community-based story collection and social justice practices with devised ensemble techniques to create a theatrical performance built with the involvement of the Micronesian community. And now, for the Micronesian community.

Three public performances will be held at the UOG Theatre, with three more school performances at public high schools. Breaking Wave Theatre Company will host a theatre workshop. Humanities Guahan will organize a public conversation prior to one of the performances and CAHA will host an artists’ cultural exchange activity.
