Vermont Performance Lab is working with Wesleyan University, the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts, The Yard, and Williams College to plan for a tour of "Schwanze-Beast," a new work under development by performance artist, playwright, and actor Alina Troyano/Carmelita Tropicana. The project includes creation of humanities and retrospective materials that will contextualize the work and career of this influential artist who is comparatively unknown in New England.
