Raphael Xavier returns to The Yard for the third time in the summer of 2020 for two weeks of creative residency, community engagement, and a public performance. Working on his newest evening length, which will have just premiered at New York Live Arts earlier in the spring of 2020, Xavier will have one week of dedicated rehearsal time, followed by a week of performance preparation. "Sassafrazz: Roots and Mastery" will make its Martha's Vineyard premier at the Martha's Vineyard Performing Arts Center on Friday, August 14.
