Sean Dorsey Dance will present The Lost Art of Dreaming on July 7th and 8th, 2023 at The Yard in Chilmark, MA. The Yard is thrilled to present this evening-length work, a fusion of full-throttle dance, intimate storytelling, intricate costuming and exquisite queer partnering, all performed with Sean Dorsey Dance’s signature technical precision, guts, and humanity. This presentation of The Lost Art of Dreaming is part of a national tour spanning from Maui, HI to Martha’s Vineyard, MA. In addition to the performances, Sean Dorsey Dance will teach a public dance class as part of our Wednesday Workshop series. The company will also take part in a conversation with members of the LGBTQIA+ community on Martha’s Vineyard.
