Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center (BCNC) and Lenora Lee Dance (LLD) will collaborate to organize a tour that brings a new performance premiere Moving Histories and LLD repertoire work Within These Walls (2017) to highly visible sites in New England that are historically significant to Asian Americans in Fall 2019. This tour, in collaboration with other local non-profit partners, will highlight experiences of Asian Americans and their contributions to the region and inspire Asian American artists. The cornerstone of the tour will be an on-site world premiere of the dance piece Moving Histories at BCNC’s new and historically significant Pao Arts Center.
