Ephrat Asherie Dance will present Odeon, a hybrid hip-hop work set to and inspired by the music of early 20th century Brazilian composer Ernesto Nazareth, performed live. The piece will combine hip-hop, house, traditional Brazilian dance, and other forms of street dance in a piece that uses physical movement to embody musical forms.
