The Hinterlands

The Enemy of My Enemy is a trio of bi-locational, simultaneously performed theater pieces that use a combination of live and digital means to connect performers and audiences in two “enemy” nations (US-Iran, US-China, US-Russia). Blending physical theater with visual performance art, dance, and web-based performance, the multilingual pieces explore nationalism and enemy-ness through an immersive and experiential playing space for audiences across the globe and on the Internet.
