Black Like Me: An Exploration of the Word Nigger is a multidisciplinary evening length work that explores the reverb of a single word in a global community. It considers the effects of the word nigger, all its permutations, its history and its casual use in Hip Hop culture. The University will host a 10:00 am High School performance a 3:00 pm Masterclass in the Music and Theatre Arts Department on Friday, February 7th , and an 8 pm public performance on Saturday, February 8th, 2020.
