Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival

For the first time in the history of Jacob’s Pillow’s Inside/Out Festival, they will present an ice dance company on their outdoor stage. Skating on synthetic ice, IDI will perform a selection of works by the composer JP Jofre, who will also appear live. The evening will include IDI’s signature piece After The Rain, composed by JP, that is airing on In Flight, IDI’s 2nd PBS special. Additional IDI material may be presented as well, and in an effort to bring awareness to IDI, activities being considered include: a panel discussion, a screening of In Flight, and educational clinics at nearby ice rinks.
