In April 2020, the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston (ICA) will present three performances of the collaborative interdisciplinary project “THE DAY.” Performed by dancer Wendy Whelan and cellist Maya Beiser, “THE DAY” features choreography by Lucinda Childs and music by David Lang. To complement the performances on April 24, 25, and 26, 2020, the ICA will host three pre-performance talks, one post-show question and answer session, and one post-show conversation with the ICA’s Dance Fellows (see below).
