BODYTRAFFIC, an 11-year old repertory company based in Los Angeles, commissions new work from diverse and innovative choreographers. Following the company’s mission to create world-class contemporary dance, BT is commissioning a 20-minute work by emerging choreographer Micaela Taylor. The work will highlight Taylor’s cutting-edge style, which combines hard-hitting, hip-hop grooves with classical and contemporary techniques. Taylor will collaborate with experimental producer SCHOCKE to create an original composition for the work.

Estimated Artist Fee: $20,000/performance; $35,000/week.
