SPACE is excited to present 'MoMents of Nice', a new work exploring grief, generated from ongoing work developed by choreographer ali kenner brodsky, with musician MorganEve Swain. The work is for three collaborating performers, one musician, and a visual artist. This evening-length work is comprised of a series of vignettes. To date, brodsky has completed three works in the series exploring the themes of love, loss, and grief in the embodied experience. She is actively developing its final vignettes at a residency this summer. Additionally, there will be an interactive inclusive movement workshop, "anyBody", that explores personal narratives and grief as "seeds for new movement phrases."
