Sarah Curran will travel to the opening weekend of The Momentary in Bentonville, Arkansas to see performances and meet with artists. Of special interest is Erika Chong Shuch’s latest iteration of the For You project, First Things First. Sarah will attend the performance on Sunday, 2/22 and meet with Chong Schuch and her collaborator, Ryan Tacata on 2/23. This meeting will open the discussion around possibilities for residency and presentation possibilities at the University of Chicago in a way that is specific to and grounded in shared values of experimentation, process, and connection to local audience and environment.
