The Bread and Puppet Theatre's touring company will perform its "Circus" program as the finale of this year's Bread & Roses Heritage Festival, as they have for the last several years. They perform in a central grassy area after three performance stages have concluded. Bread and Puppet Theatre's themes of social justice, its satire of authority, and its upbeat, joyful performances are a perfect fit for the festival, and have been well received by very diverse audiences every year.
