Support from NEFA's New England Arts Resilience grant will support the return of two recently furloughed staff on a part-time basis to assist with a project to learn more about the layers and cross patterns of interests and levels of participation of our current patrons, keeping us connected to and engaged with our patrons during this time of being 'dark,' as well as working on our new commitments to operating from a position that carries issues of equity, diversity, inclusion, and access (EDIA) at the forefront of programming, strategic planning, governance, and communications.
