Hamid Rahmanian

To produce and tour Song of the North, a new devised work that integrates puppets, shadow casters, dance, cinematic digital animation, and original music. In addition to public and student performances, contextual materials will be developed. The producing and touring team that realized Rahmanian’s Feathers of Fire is involved here, with non-profit Two Chairs, Inc. as producer. Brooklyn Academy of Music will host the premiere in Fall 2021 (Harvey Theatre), and Lisa Booth Management, Inc. will tour the work worldwide through 2024.
