Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College

Higher Ground and Clear Creek Creative are partnering with Roadside Theatre and Carpetbag Theatre to produce the fourth Hurricane Gap Community Performance Institute in July 2021. This institute is a place for community theatre practitioners, community members, artists, teachers, and students alike to share skills and experiences, learn more about using theatre to tell community stories, and build a network of collaborators and friends. This institute will feature full performances of Clear Creek Creative’s Ezell: Ballad of a Land Man, experts of Higher Ground’s 9th production, and workshops and informal spaces to explore individual and group work in community.
