The HCA will present two performances of The Brown Box Theater Project's "Boxer Shorts 3", along with a Talk-Back and a Workshop as part of our programming surrounding systemic racism. Boxer Shorts 3 is a collection of short plays exploring the possibility of healing after trauma, as framed through the lens of the Back experience. The Brown Box, a theater and education collaborative, is a turn-key theater company. Hiring the Brown Box for this production allows the HCA to present professional and impactful theater and conversations, keeping with our mission and programming goals. We need only to provide our space and engage in outreach to various sectors of the community.
