Remember2019

"BLACK CYPRESS: A Phillips County Survival Guide" is a communally authored book (by the Black communities of South Phillips County in the Arkansas Delta) for hard times. Given the pandemic and current uprisings around the country, the book offers culturally-specific knowledge on surviving and healing from this moment together. In 2022, Remember2019, in partnership with local artists and organizations in the Delta, will tour an interactive reading of the book, called "BLACK CYPRESS: Listening Parties", throughout the Delta.
