Catamount Film & Arts Company

NEAR funding will help Catamount reboot programs throughout northern VT and NH after 18 months of operating at reduced capacity. This includes reactivation of the Arts Center (with its two movie theaters, galleries, classrooms, etc.) which closed for 453 consecutive days and has been slowly reopening during July, activation of the 24,000 sq ft ArtPort facility in repurposed retail space, the 2021/2022 Season of the KCP Presents Performing Arts Series, a return to an in-person First Night North on New Year's Eve, reconvening of ensembles for our El Sistema "EPIC" Music Program and North Country Youth Chorus, serving as a regional production/technical/box-office backbone for our partners, etc.
