The Theater Offensive

The NEFA NEAR Resilience grant will provide TTO with the opportunity to increase organizational capacity and better support the accessibility of our programs while continuing to adapt to frequently changing COVID restrictions. With these funds we will hire a Special Events Consultant to support our transition to hybrid events. This position will work closely with the Director of Institutional Advancement and Director of Programs to craft accessible and successful donor events. The support of this position will allow the development department to focus on securing funding and the programs department to deepen their work with LGBTQ+ youth in need.
