The Steel Yard is committed to justice in all of our programs. Funding from the New England Arts Resilience Fund will help us achieve this as we prioritize access and work to financially stabilize resident artists, artist contractors and workforce apprentices. We are focusing on creating opportunities for historically marginalized populations, and we are continuing to move towards a sustainable business model with more earned income to match philanthropy.
