Strengthening Tomaquag Museum through museum resiliency, COVID sustainability, new museum planning, exhibit research & design, leadership development and overall capacity building. This project will ensure overall museum resiliency while supporting critical growth toward the new Tomaquag Museum campus. It will support staff leadership planning, organizational strategic maturation and environmental & economic health.
