Maine Celtic Celebration

The Maine Celtic Celebration is a family oriented celebration of the rich Celtic heritage, culture, and hospitality found along the Maine coast. The Celebration is usually a live festival on the waterfront in Belfast, Maine. The 2021 event was originally planned for September 18; however, the surge of Covid-19 virus resulted in a decision to cancel the live event and replace it with virtual "mini-performances" by the originally scheduled artists. Laura Scott is both a performer and teacher of Celtic dance forms including Scottish Highland Dance, Cape Breton Stepdance, and Scottish Social Dance. She will be providing a video of her planned performance.
