My plan of action is to take two courses at Harvard University Extension School to improve my skills in project management and to learn how to create robust educational videos. These courses will allow me to learn how to manage projects and document the media and create a production. The videos will be used during the 8th Annual Evolution of Hiphop Festival and during the week prior to the festival performance. We will use the media to facilitate conversations with the intergenerational community during the events at the festival.
