The artistic director of Boom Arts based in Portland, OR will travel to San Francisco to see the premiere of Flyaway Productions “Apparatus of Repair”. Boom Arts is presenting the work in June of 2023, and this trip will give us the opportunity to see the show live for the first time. As this is a technically challenging show to produce, the trip will also give us an opportunity to see the technical set up and challenges as we continue to scout spaces for this work in Portland. We also look forward to engaging with the community discussions before and after the work to get ideas on facilitation. During the trip we will meet with the artists in person to continue to plan their presentation in Portland.
