Sandglass Theater

Sandglass Theater will present Tarish Pipkins, a.k.a. Jeghetto to present an interactive marionette performance as part of Sandglass Theater’s Puppets in Paradise, a two-day outdoor celebration featuring local and regional performers at Retreat Farm in Brattleboro, VT. Now in its tenth edition, Puppets in Paradise has grown into a premier, biennial event that includes site-specific, roaming, and participatory puppet performances across Retreat Farm’s idyllic community gardens, fields, and forests. Jeghetto will bring a series of vignettes from his dynamic collection of wandering wooden and cardboard marionette puppets, which include enchanting sharks, spiders, dinosaurs and more. After his series of presentations at Puppets in Paradise, Tarish Pipkins will collaborate with Theater Adventure, an inclusive theater dedicated to programming that empowers students and adults with disabilities, for a week of workshops at Theater Adventure and in their associated school classrooms.
