This virtual info session is designed for folks interested in applying for NEFA’s PASJ opportunity. Hear reflections from the North Shore CDC's Yinette Guzman and local artist Yuko Okabe, who received a PASJ grant in 2022 for the Punto Urban Art Museum (PUAM)'s Creative Point Neighbor Program. Attendees will also hear more about PASJ from NEFA staff and have time to ask questions.
Yuko Okabe (she/they) is an artist playing at the intersection of youthful whimsy and community engagement. As an illustrator, their depiction of people and architecture establishes a world with boundless potential for different bodies, languages, and philosophies to flourish. They believe that art and design elevates systems to more inclusive and caring possibilities.
