Dorchester Weather Theatre Ensemble began in Fall 2022 through the City of Boston Artist-In-Residence program in partnership with the City of Boston Environment Department.
Through this project, our ensemble continues to explore the true story of neighbors on a small block in Dorchester and their relationships to a proposed development that would go up on the city-owned lot next door.
Our ultimate goal is to use playmaking as a tool to heal and build our community while moving forward with a shared vision for our neighborhood that promotes equity, justice and future sustainability.
