Flynn Center for the Performing Arts

The Flynn will be partnering with Portland Ovations (ME), Global Arts Live (MA), and UMass Amherst (MA) to present the world renowned Complexions Contemporary Ballet Company on our Main Stage. Through this collaboration, each presenting partner will work to fulfill a unifying mission of bringing together dance audiences around our respective regions to experience a truly remarkable performance, while also reaching new, fresh audiences in our local school districts. For our engagement, the company will be performing "Stardust: From Bach to David Bowie." We intend to offer a masterclass at a local school, a student matinee performance, a pre-show talk with the Company's Artist Director, and a public performance.
