REAL Services' Alzheimer's and Dementias Services program is hosting the Midwest Dementia Summit: Innovations in Care on November 6-7, 2024 in South Bend, IN. The Midwest Dementia Summit 2024: Innovations in Care will provide an opportunity to bring together professionals, business leaders and caregivers. They will learn, share and explore strategies, innovations and opportunities in the field of health care, community-based services, technology and the arts. This is an opportunity for those working in the field of dementia care and for those who are providing care for a loved one. We are requesting that Dancing Wheels Company preform one of the days of the Summit to provide an inspirational performance to the Summit attendees.
