The Cultural Organization of Lowell will work with sculptor William Turville and youth in local art programs to take part in river cleanups where interesting detritus will be identified for use in a public art sculpture. After cleaning the items and constructing the found art sculpture, the organizers will transport the piece for installation to the downtown Lowell area of the Concord River Greenway Park where it will be unveiled on June 12 at Riverfest: Art Goes Green and be on display for June-September.
