The Plymouth Guild has a three-fold purpose in presenting Figures of Speech Theatre. The first is to introduce an old art form to a new audience. The second is to present performances suitable for whole families to enjoy. Third is to instruct students, teachers and artists how to work in this unfamiliar medium during the proposed workshop. We also hope to find a teacher to offer classes in this medium.
