Antigona is an evening-length flamenco interpretation of Sophocles classic work conceived and developed by Artistic Director Martin Santangelo in collaboration with Lee Breuer (who will co-direct), and other Company members. In development in earnest since summer 2012, it is a complex work utilizing many theatrical elements that reach beyond the boundaries of Noche Flamenca's past work. This work requires testing and finessing on stage, with an audience, to properly ready it for it's world premiere slated for the fall of 2014.
