In April 2015, Portland Ovations is proud to present the ambitious, multifaceted musical endeavor, the Nile Project, in a community residency that includes: evening and school-time performances; a community reception with Ovations staff, supporters, and members of our local East African Community; pre-performance lecture by Nile Project Executive Director Mina Girgis; and post-performance gathering with local students and Meklit Hadero.
