Promoting and celebrating Latino Arts through arts programming and events, IBA's Arts Program presents Festival Betances, New England's longest-running Latino cultural festival. Offering an outstanding lineup of local, regional, national and international artists in many styles and traditions, IBA will present New England's own Lydia Perez & Yoruba 2 at this year's festival.
