The Joyce will present six performances of "Black Girl" at The Joyce Theater, March 10-15, 2015. Originally created by Camille A. Brown in collaboration with dramaturge Kamilah Forbes and a team of musicians and dancers, the full-evening, multimedia work will explore the joys and complexities of carving out a positive identity as a young, black female in urban culture in the United States.
