Lawrence University presents Aparna Ramaswamay in Sannidhi (Divine Space), performed with live music. Aparna bring together Indian-American music and dance artists of the next generation. Steeped in the subtleties of her gurus lineage, she uses the art forms as a rich language through which to speak with our own voices. Presented in five sections, this work weaves together rhythmic, poetic and spiritual elements to create an invisible link between the audience and the performer.
