This is an evening-length piece designed in the round for four highly trained dancers within artist Tania Ursomarzo’s large-scale installation. This newest work is a departure from Gill’s recent restrained, cerebral choreography. Inspired by the centripetal design, this work moves into the body’s internal realms of kinetic experience and imagination to embolden each performer’s authorship and mine a new, pulsing, visceral dance. Estimated artist fee: $13,000/performance, $24,000/week.
