Creators of The Clothesline Muse, including Nnenna Freelon and Maya Freelon Asante will conduct a two week residency in Wilmington, NC that will include: 10 in-school workshops for middle school students and a culminating exhibit of student-generated work, master classes and demonstrations for university students and community members, a free school performance for middle and high school students and an evening public performance and meet-the-artist reception.
