Denmark Arts Center (DAC) presents Roochie Toochie and the Ragtime Shepherd Kings to Denmark as part of a Northern-New England mini-tour, with stops in Denmark, Northern New Hampshire, and Portland, ME. The members of the band will be on hand to lead a workshop in the day (suitable for ages 12 and up) and will then play a show in Denmark on the evening of July 18, featuring members of that afternoon's workshop. A Q&A and reception will follow the evening's performance.
The DAC joins Mayo Street Arts in Portland, MA and the Arts Alliance of Northern New Hampshire to realize this tour to spread this incredible band and their music throughout the region.
