Reggie Wilson/Fist & Heel opens the 14th annual Run&Shoot Filmworks Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival (MVAAFF) with CITIZEN at the MV Performing Arts Center at the Regional High School on August 8, 2016. This engagement marks the 3rd consecutive year that The Yard has partnered with MVAAFF to co-present the work of some of today’s leading African-American choreographers, a partnership begun in 2014 through the co-sponsorship of Camille A. Brown & Dancers (Expeditions funded). Reggie Wilson/Fist & Heel will be in residence at The Yard for two weeks, July 26-August 9, in a 2016 Offshore Creation Residency for the research and development of new work.
