Young Auditorium will host Aparna Ramaswamy/Ragamala Dance Company on February 8, 2016. A master class and performance will take place. The master class will involve the UW-Whitewater Survey of World Musics course students and the musicians associated with Aparna Ramaswamy. Further, the auditorium will host a pre-show discussion, known as Sound Bites. A facilitator from Fairhaven Senior Services will help guide the discussion and spur dialogue among the attendees comprised of students and community members, mainly focusing on artistic and cultural aspects of the performance.
