In October 2016, Portland Ovations will present Cirque Mechanic's "Pedal Punk" as both a school time performance and evening presentation at the family-friendly time of 7 pm. Additionally, we will offer a Circus Arts Masterclass with community partner, Circus Maine; as well as forge a new partnership with the Bicycle Coalition of Maine that should yield creative and mutually beneficial opportunities in community outreach. A Behind-The-Scenes tour with founder Chris Lashua along with a comprehensive, regionally-specific study guide produced by the tour partners will add rich context to the project for patrons.
