Lena Park Community Development Corporation

From the months of March to June TC Squared worked with 12 Lena Park actors of all ages 12-70 for the production of Everyman Revisited which took place at the BU Playwright's Theater, Josiah Quincy School and Lena Park CDC. During the 4 month process, participants were exposed to acting techniques, film production, community collaborations and historical literature. Lena Park residents also were able to attend the play at all sites free of charge. This was the first time 15 of our youth ever saw a play and it was in their own community. TC Squared not only made theater accessible but they opened doors to other paid acting opportunities for students, and now more residents want to see plays.
