Sandglass Theater

Our project entails the reorganization of our office with an aim to create new networks and momentum in touring as part of a greater strategic plan. This includes meeting with a strategic facilitator to assess our current capacity and skills, to create a plan to reach out to fill the capacities that we do not currently have, and to stabilize our office in order to meet the administrative needs and support that touring requires. It also involves are greater involvement of younger Sandglass performing artists in our visioning and direction, working with new and current administrators. Finally, this will also require a search for a new projects coordinator.
