The Mondavi Center, UC Davis

Dorrance Dance will perform twice and provide two residency activities. On Sunday, October 29 they will provide a public performance of Myelination (plus "3 to 1" and "Jungle Blues"). On Monday, October 30 they will give a sixty-minute school matinee performance for elementary, middle and high school students bused in from the surrounding 11-county area of the greater Sacramento region. Following the public performance Michelle Dorrance and company members will participate in a discussion and Q&A with audience members and will meet with members of the Friends of Mondavi Center (a volunteer-based group supporting Mondavi Center Arts Education) to talk about tap dance and arts education.
